These website terms provide general purchasing information. The accepted Derkson quote, sales order, invoice, financing agreement or rental agreement contains the final terms for a transaction.

Pricing and availability

Website prices and inventory may change until an order is confirmed. Final product, delivery, fees, discounts, GST, PST exemptions and payment terms appear on the written sales document.

Product descriptions and images

Representative photos explain common styles and conditions. Current-unit photos and written condition notes take priority when a specific unit is assigned. Used containers naturally vary in colour, markings, dents, repairs and weathering.

Payment and financing

Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout or on the written document. Financing is subject to lender approval and separate lender terms. An application or payment estimate is not a financing approval.

Delivery and placement

Delivery is governed by the confirmed route and our Shipping & Delivery Policy. The customer is responsible for suitable site access, permissions and preparation.

Returns and order changes

Eligibility depends on the unit and work already completed. Review the Returns & Cancellations information and contact DCS before making alternate arrangements.
