Important — tilt-off delivery and placement limits

Derkson provides ground-level tilt-off delivery only. We will position the container as closely as reasonably and safely possible using the available truck and trailer access, but exact or final positioning is not guaranteed.

The customer must provide safe, firm and reasonably level access with adequate turning room, width, grade and overhead clearance. Plan for the complete truck, tilt trailer and container—not only the container footprint: allow at least 70 ft of clear straight-line space for a 20FT container and 110 ft for a 40FT container. Site conditions may require more room.

If the container must be lifted, rotated, moved after drop-off, placed over or behind an obstruction, or positioned where a safe tilt-off is not possible, the customer must arrange a properly rated forklift or crane and qualified operator at the customer's cost. The driver may refuse unsafe access or placement; waiting, return, redelivery, recovery and third-party equipment may be charged separately.
