Compare delivered value—not only the sticker price
Ask for the unit price, applicable taxes, delivery route, placement fee and optional accessories as separate lines. Confirm whether photos show the exact container and which yard it will ship from. A low advertised price can stop being a bargain once condition or transport is unclear.
Confirm the site before committing
Measure the approach, check overhead wires and branches, choose door direction, and prepare firm level bearing points. Derkson generally plans approximately 70 feet of straight-line clearance for a 20FT roll-off and 110 feet for a 40FT delivery, subject to the site and equipment.

Inspect the details that affect daily use
Check door operation, locking gear, seals, roof, floor, vents and visible corrosion. Condition names are useful, but photos and a written description of the actual unit are more useful. Ask questions before payment rather than relying on assumptions.

Should I buy a 20FT or 40FT container?+
A 20FT unit is easier to place and often suits moderate storage. A 40FT unit offers substantially more capacity, while a high cube adds about one foot of exterior height. Site access and delivery clearance should be considered with capacity.
